To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the full range of modern HR functions. In this versatile, generalist role, you will work with a high degree of independence, advise managers and employees on all HR-related issues, and take on numerous administrative and labor law tasks on your own initiative.
Your responsibilities:
- You will work independently and take initiative across a wide range of tasks, and you will be responsible for both operational and strategic human resources matters
- They provide comprehensive support to executives and employees on all HR-related and employment law matters.
- They are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from drafting contracts and handling personnel changes to employee separations.
- They draft employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR-related documents.
- You are responsible for entering and maintaining payroll-related data in the HR system.
- They work closely with the works council and support the co-determination process.
- They coordinate and oversee BEM and BGM initiatives.
- You analyze existing HR processes, refine them, and actively drive the digital transformation of HR.
- You will participate in HR projects and support the implementation of new systems, structures, and standards.
- You will prepare meaningful HR statistics, analyses, and reports to serve as the basis for well-informed management decisions.
- You will support workforce and personnel cost planning, participate in budget processes, and monitor relevant HR metrics.
- They ensure that personnel records are maintained accurately and in compliance with legal requirements, and that administrative HR processes run smoothly.
What you need to bring:
- You have successfully completed a degree program with a focus on human resources management or have a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role.
- You have in-depth knowledge of individual and collective labor law.
- You have experience independently managing human resources administrative processes, from drafting contracts to maintaining payroll-related data.
- Ideally, you have experience with LOGA HR or similar human resources management systems.
- They are characterized by a high degree of initiative, a strong hands-on approach, and an independent and structured way of working.
- You communicate with confidence, provide solution-oriented advice, and interact confidently at all levels of the organization.
