HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

At Novotechnik, we have been developing and manufacturing precision measurement technology for over 75 years—technology that leading companies in the industrial and automotive sectors rely on. Around 200 employees at our facility in Ostfildern-Ruit contribute their expertise, ideas, and passion every day.

To continue on our path to success, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to strengthen our HR efforts and actively help shape our culture. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in shaping Novotechnik as an employer.

Your responsibilities: 

  • You support and assist executives in their day-to-day HR work and serve as a reliable partner on equal footing.
  • You will work constructively with the works council, drive digitalization and new process initiatives, and actively implement workplace health management (BGM) and employment support measures (BEM).
  • You will analyze existing workflows, improve processes, and actively drive the implementation of new systems as well as the professionalization of HR operations.
  • You will develop new approaches to recruitment and talent development, coordinate them at the strategic level, and implement them in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that HR administrative tasks are carried out smoothly and for maintaining accurate and reliable documentation.
  • You will help implement uniform HR standards across all locations, contribute your expertise in labor law, and support change processes.

What you bring to the table: 

  • You have a college degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification, and you have several years of experience in a general HR role.
  • You have a solid understanding of labor law, and ideally you have already worked with LOGA HR.
  • You have strong execution skills and a keen understanding of change processes and organizational development.
  • You communicate clearly, provide expert advice, and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
  • You are confident in your approach, make clear decisions, and enjoy developing HR structures.
  • You actively shape HR processes, drive digital transformation, and set clear priorities.
