The TM1 series of absolute displacement sensors are designed for direct use in the pressure zones of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and enable compact and cost-effective position detection. The sensor consists of a stainless steel flange welded to a pressure-resistant rod, ensuring reliable operation even under harsh conditions. The contactless, magnetostrictive measuring principle ensures high accuracy for measuring lengths up to 2000 millimeters. Position measurement is performed contactlessly via a passive, ring-shaped Position marker, which minimizes wear and extends the system’s service life.
