Throughout the product development process, as part of production approvals, and during production, our products undergo various environmental tests and must always function flawlessly. To meet this demanding challenge, Novotechnik has a well-equipped test facility with a wide range of capabilities.
Among other things, the following can be implemented:
- EMC measurements
- climatic stress caused by temperature, temperature shock, and humidity
- mechanical stress caused by vibrations, shocks, or endurance testing.
All tests conducted as part of the approval process are performed in accordance with current, applicable standards.
Tests for which no standard can be applied are defined based on our many years of experience in sensor development using in-house test procedures.
As part of our company’s ISO 9001 certification, our environmental simulation laboratory is required to strictly comply with all relevant standards.
For specific specialized tests, we use only certified external laboratories.
