Novotechnik Messwertaufnehmer OHG VS Department Brunnwiesenstraße 23 73760 Ostfildern
By requesting an RMA number, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Returns of equipment for a credit note require express approval from Novotechnik. The equipment to be returned must be unused and, ideally, still in its original packaging. A maximum of 90% of the original sales price will be refunded.
If you have a complaint, please provide a brief description of the defect and—if known—the intended use. If we accept your complaint, we will issue a credit note for the device.
For some of our products, we can offer repairs for items up to 5 years old. After we assess the item, you will receive a cost estimate. We charge a flat fee of €40 for this. If you proceed with the repair, this €40 will be deducted from the repair costs. If a repair is not possible or you decide not to proceed for other reasons, we will charge €40 for the cost estimate.
Defective devices for which repair is not economically feasible may be reclaimed at the customer’s expense within a maximum of two weeks after receipt of the inspection report. The same applies to devices that were returned without valid cause. After this period has expired, the devices will be scrapped at no cost.
