Mounting accessories

Our mounting accessories from Novotechnik ensure precise mechanical connections between sensors and measurement objects. The portfolio covers two specialized application areas: accessories for displacement measurement systems featuring ball couplings, feeler rollers, and ball joint heads for lateral-force-free coupling; and accessories for angle sensors featuring shaft couplings of various designs for backlash-free to low-backlash torque transmission, as well as link levers and drive discs.

Accessories for Position Measurement Systems

The accessories for linear measurement systems are designed for force-free coupling and offset compensation using ball couplings, hardened feeler rollers, and flexible ball joints to ensure precise linear measurements.

Angle Sensor Accessories

The range of accessories for encoders includes, in particular, low-backlash to backlash-free shaft couplings of various designs—from double-cardan precision couplings to spring-disc couplings for higher torques and various shaft geometries.
In addition, link levers and driver discs are available, which are primarily used in heavy-duty applications.
