Head of Embedded Development (m/f/d)

As Head of Embedded Development (m/f/d), you will provide technical and managerial leadership to our electronics and software team and be responsible for developing innovative embedded and sensor solutions—from concept to successful implementation.

Your responsibilities

Management and development of the electronics and software team
Planning and Management of Development Projects
Development of electronics, firmware, and software solutions
Development of technical specifications as well as system and software architectures
Planning and conducting tests, reviews, and validations
Support for Sales and Customer Projects

Your Profile

Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in industrial product development
Knowledge of embedded software, electronics development, and project management
Leadership skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication skills, initiative, and organizational skills
