Sebastian Schnaitmann joins the management team led by Torsten Wegner and Jochen Cura, focusing on innovation and organizational development. Together with all employees, he will work to ensure Novotechnik’s future viability and transition the company to the next generation. The focus is not only on maintaining the company’s market position but also on expanding it sustainably to enable long-term growth while maintaining profitability.

A graduate engineer and MBA graduate of ESB Business School, he brings over 15 years of experience in product strategy, innovation management, organizational development, and digital transformation. Having held senior positions at Festo AG & Co. KG and, most recently, as Chief Innovation Officer at C. & E. Fein GmbH, he possesses extensive expertise in the development of forward-looking technologies and strategies.

In his new role at Novotechnik and as an authorized signatory within the Siedle Group, Schnaitmann will, among other things, drive forward transformation initiatives in the areas of processes, organization, and leadership, leverage synergy potential within the Siedle Group—particularly with Contelec AG and Kunststoff- und Elektrotechnik GmbH—and consistently align the innovation pipeline with customer benefits and market success.
