Screen Printer / Screen Printing Ink Production Worker (m/f/d)

At Novotechnik, we have been developing and manufacturing precision measurement technology for over 75 years—technology that leading companies in the industrial and automotive sectors rely on. Around 200 employees at our facility in Ostfildern-Ruit contribute their expertise, ideas, and passion every day.

To support our growing production, we are looking for a screen printer / screen printing ink production worker (m/f/d) who will contribute to the manufacturing of our products with attention to detail, team spirit, and a keen eye for quality.

  • Location: Ostfildern-Ruit
  • Employment Contract: Permanent
  • Work Arrangement: Willingness to work shifts (early/late shifts as needed)

Your Responsibilities

  • Setup, operation, and supervision of production equipment (e.g., screen printing equipment and curing ovens)
  • Production and Formulation of Resist Pastes According to Specifications
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues
  • Conducting Quality Controls
  • Ensuring stable process parameters (e.g., viscosity, print image)
  • Documentation of Deviations and Processes
  • Collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing
  • Planning and Control of Production Orders (SAP)
  • Preparation: Coating the Printing Screens

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a screen printer, print media technologist, chemical laboratory technician, or similar technical training
  • Experience in mass production and, ideally, in a cleanroom
  • Professional experience in screen printing is a plus
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Technical understanding of systems and processes
  • A structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work
  • Shift work (early/late shifts as needed)
