To further develop our purchasing and materials management organization, we are looking for a Head of Purchasing & Materials Management (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities

Responsibility for Purchasing, Materials Management, and Supplier Management
Proactively shaping group-wide collaboration in procurement and consistently leveraging synergies within the Siedle Group
Management and further development of the Strategic and Operational Purchasing, Project Purchasing, and Materials Planning departments
Development and Implementation of Procurement and Supplier Strategies
Conducting price and contract negotiations
Ensuring the availability of materials for production and customer projects
Optimization of Costs, Inventory, and Processes
Close collaboration with Development, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Management

Your Profile

Several years of management and procurement experience at a manufacturing company
In-depth knowledge of strategic and operational procurement as well as materials management
Experience with technical product categories is a plus
Negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial initiative
A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work
