On April 1st, 2014 Novotechnik celebrated a very unique and very special event because two employees commemorated both at the same day their 50th work anniversary at Novotechnik.
Adolf Kubitschko (Ink Production) and Andreas Minkenberg (Development) have contributed to the success of Novotechnik in the past five decades.
Today it is nearly impossible to work 50 years for the same company because of the much longer time for education and studies. To devote his labour to only one company over such a this long periodof time is very unusual" said the Mayor of Ostfildern, Mr. Michael Assenmacher.
The CEOs of Novotechnik, Mr. Ernst Halder and Mr. Torsten Wegner thanked the two employees during an internal ceremony for their loyalty and their commitment to make Novotechnik one of the leading companies in the Sensor Industry. "They have both written a piece of Novotechnik history."
