Transmitter for DIN rail mounting

Designed for control cabinets, these Novotechnik modules can be integrated onto DIN rails in a space-saving manner and wired quickly. They standardize signal conditioning, reduce custom PLC code, and speed up both commissioning and maintenance. Ideal for production machines, retrofits, and modular system designs.

Compact, easy to maintain, suitable for industrial use

Our modules are mounted on 35-mm DIN rails (EN 60715) and integrate seamlessly into existing terminal and wiring systems. Plug-in terminals, clear front-panel labeling, and status indicators (depending on the model) simplify wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The standard power supply is 24 V DC. Our devices provide Current and voltage outputs and offer offset/gain for quick scaling; depending on the model, filtering/linearization, teach-in, or galvanic isolation are available.

Practical example and areas of application

The retrofit of a packaging line serves as a clear practical example: The transmitter processes the potentiometer output signal in the control cabinet and replaces individual PLC scaling; commissioning is streamlined, and the measurement chain is standardized.
